As part of its goal to provide convenience to students, CMU makes available a quick and seamless Online Application Form. You can get started right now, and applications submitted electronically receive the same consideration as printed application form. You may also check status on your application by login to MYCMU online services.
If you prefer to apply by mail, you may download the Application Form from the Forms Section or fill out a Request Form to have it to be sent to your address.

Please carefully read the instructions that appear throughout the application pages. You may only submit one application for a given semester. If you need to update any information you have submitted, please immediately notify an admissions representative at the Office of Admission by calling (888) 877-4268 or use Live Help.
The information submitted will be transmitted through a secure connection and kept confidential. Only after you submit your application along with an Application Fee, the Office of Admissions will start processing it. Online Application System allows application fee to be paid online via credit card or check.
